Terms and Conditions for The Bramble Patisserie

Welcome to The Bramble Patisserie! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

The Bramble Patisserie specializes in creating wedding cakes, celebration cakes, and patisserie products, available for purchase at markets and through direct orders. We are a small, independent business dedicated to providing high-quality baked goods tailored to your needs.

2. Placing an Order

a. Custom Designs

We love bringing your cake ideas to life, but as a creative business, we cannot directly copy designs from other bakers. However, we are happy to use elements from your inspiration images to create a unique design tailored to you.

b. Allergen Information

It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing an order. While we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. As such, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.

3. Payments

a. Payment Policy

For all orders, full payment is required 7 days before the order is due.

For orders over £90, a 10% non-refundable holding deposit is required to secure your booking.

For wedding cakes, payments can be made in three installments. Full payment must be completed 14 days before the wedding date.

Tasting sessions for wedding cakes are charged separately, but the cost will be deducted from the final wedding cake price upon booking.

b. Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer or other methods specified during the ordering process.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

a. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.

Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order.

b. Refunds

As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds for products once they have been collected or delivered, except in cases where there is a fault on our part.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Collection and Delivery

Orders can be collected from our designated location or delivered to you by arrangement (subject to an additional fee).

Once an order is collected or delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that your order is transported and stored correctly to maintain its quality.

6. Market Sales

Products sold at markets are prepared and packaged with care. It is the customer’s responsibility to check product details, including allergens, at the time of purchase.

7. Liability

The Bramble Patisserie is not liable for any damage caused to cakes or products after collection or delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, improper handling or storage by the customer.

8. Changes to Orders

Any changes to your order (e.g., flavor, design, or collection date) must be requested at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability or suitability after this time.
